Made with farm fresh milk from upstate New York and organic sugar from Brazil, AB Biagi’s gelato is spun before customers’ eyes in a traditional vertical batch freezer, the Cavttabriga EFFE, the first of its kind in New York.

We serve Five classic gelati including chocolate, vanilla and Bronte pistachio along with a rotating selection of flavors such as goat cheese with orange and white chocolate and bergamotto. Smooth sorbets, all vegan, include lemon, strawberry, pear and daily specials ranging from the Brazilian acai berry to chocolate with tonka bean.
